Ken is owner and president of K. Wohltman Constrution, Inc. Beginning the business in 1996, Ken has been a very successful general Contractor. With over 35 years of construction experience he is acknowledged as one of Effingham's most competitive General Contractor. K. Wohltman Construction Inc. is a Varco Pruden a franchise builder, and has been awarded as one of the Highest New Builder Volume in 2005 and Annual Sales Volume of $1 million in 2005. Ken is also a board member of the PAC team with VP.
Troy Ozenkoski Vice President/Estimator/Project Manager
Troy began his employment with K. Wohltman Construction, Inc. in 1997 as a field employee. Troy has 10 years of hands on construction work experience prior to accepting his current position in the office. Troy spends many hours with plans reviewing and contacting all involved with our projects. His duties also include meeting with owners and making sure their needs are met. Troy wants to make your project run as smooth as possible so hes always ready to take your calls with your concerns and questions.
Brenda Wendling Secretary/Office Manager
Brenda joined K. Wohltman Construction, Inc. in 2000. With over 20 years of office experience, she is responsible for all the day-to-day activities. All accounting including payrolls, accounts payable and receivable are managed by her. Job contracts, subcontracts and job costing are closely monitored by her. She is a member of CM Systems Inc.
